How to use WorkingTime software?

HTML report of recording time

Number of projects in the list and total recording time

Open the report window

To create a report, you have to select one or more projects in the list of the main software window. It's not mandatory that the projects belong to the same group. Then, click on the "HTML" button to open the window that lets you set the future report (see image above).

In the image below, the top panel display your projects groups list and the bottom panel is the area where you can add more informations to your report. Setup the report

If all your selection of projects in the main software window belongs to the same group, his name will be selected when the window opens. Otherwise, the first group is selected by default, but you can choose another one.

If you need, you can ask to WorkingTime to display the selected group name above the title in the report. For that, just check the box at the right bottom of this panel.

Main title

If all your projects belong to the same group, his name will shown in the text box. If several groups are selected, the text box will be empty. In two case, you're free to edit the title.

Contact information

The last text box (under the Comment area), should be used to add some contact informations.

Notice that in the comment area and this text box, you can easily add a link to a website or an email. To do that, select the text that you want to transform to link, right click and select "Insert link" in the context menu, as it's shown on the image above. Even you can edit this informations for each report, they are saved in the user settings and loaded next time.
